My dog has been going for over 2yrs now. He always looks very handsome and smells amazing. He seems to enjoy it and loves all the treats. Karen has helped, by showing me the best ways to keep him knot free. Cant recommend enough.

This is my beautiful Dotty,she regularly visits Karen for a pamper, she likes the bath, trim and blow dry but is a little madam when it comes to having her claws cut! Karen is so patient and determined with her and has taught me some calming tequniques to do at home to help with this, she has much improved.

Karen is amazing with my nervous dog, and as it's 1 to 1, it's perfect for her.She comes back looking and smelling wonderful.I wouldn't take her anywhere else!

Wonderful experience!!I took my puppy for the first time to get used to the sights and sounds of the grooming environment. He was super nervous but Karen worked with him over numerous visits and now he loves it !! He knows that he is going to get cheese treats, lol. Karen has been amazing with him, she is super patient and he has now progressed onto full grooms and looks fabulous each time. Milo and I are so happy with my choice to use Woofy Groom Room!!

very good friendly excellent with my dog used her 3 times now she only takes regular registeted dogs as she is quite busy now but excellent (before and after photos)
