Called Tyler last week to see if they could help with fixing a window which was shut and not opening with the handle. Double glazing is quite old but they were able to obtain a new gear box and opening mechanism which they've been back to install today and my window now opens! Very impressed with the service and would definitely have them back if the need for a locksmith arose in the future
