Very knowledgeable staff who explained differnce in carpets and advised if i was better with roll ends or off the roll, gave me on the spot price comparisons for a couple of carpets i liked, was able to arrange fitting within the week and also add new underlay to my order over the phone after i visited and took my old carpet up and decided to replace underlay, nothing too much trouble. Fitters were punctual, polite, quick did a great job, very happy with the whole experience

Store attendant appeared to help and want to keep the price low due to my current circumstances and no issues with the person that fitted them. However I was not impressed as when they left and I dealt with the cut offs, there was pretty much enough to fill my front room. Which made me assume I was overcharged in sizing otherwise why would there be enough left over to practically fill another room. Which isn’t a small room either!

Bought carpets & cushion floor recently & 18 months ago. Happy with all 4 products & the purchasing at the shop. Also with the fitters & fitting of all.

Highly not recommend ! Had my carpets done from them .I paid full price for carpets , they was fitting while I was at work . I came back home and saw that one of bedrooms had short cut carpet and carpets was not fitted right as they stick out of floor and stairs. I had to waist my time to try have it sorted . Manager came trying to tell me that is not short cut so he pull it out and surprise! He agreed to change it , said that carpets needs tight up but stairs are how they fit them ( for a fact is not how they should be fitted ) so I spend 1640 pounds to have carpets fitted to hate the look at them ! They changed my bedroom carpet but done nothing with the rest !!! If anyone wants buy carpets of them I welcome you to have a look at mine ! Waste of time and money !!!

Poor fitting and multiple excuses given on second day when they didn't return to rectify.Finally fitted to an acceptable standard after 72 year olds house was upside down for 3 days unable to use any downstairs rooms.Pathetic service. Avoid.

Sales service no issues , clearly priced range and the store team are helpful . Fitting and aftercare is abysmal . Two additional visits to my property after fitting , the first time gaps were plugged with grey silicone instead of dealing with the issues . Claimed that my structural wardrobe (that's a new one on me) prevented undercutting so the floor was fitted around existing carpet instead of removing two 3 inch grippers with an inch of carpet on them . They couldn't even cleanly join two pieces of beading on a straight opting to blame the beading and say it can't be joined any better , in reality it's the workmanship and capability that is the issue not your materials . I personally wouldn't bother with the fitting service provided , overall give them a miss to save yourself multiple visits . In addition to the £750 price my household has missed two days of work and we get to repaint the wall where the fitter left dirty hand prints, fitting is letting you down as a company and has to be losing you business . Issue sorted but, not happy with what I paid for the end result and time off work .

I came to look for a carpet I saw online however once getting to the store it was a totally different experience, Jon was super helpful and explained to me what would be best for the room I’m carpeting. We sorted it out very quickly and less than a week for delivery and fitting which is fantastic!
