Customer service beyond all expectations. The engineer came out within 3 hours of making the call at the end of the day, opened a jammed window, diagnosed broken locking mechanism, went back to the stores and returned to fit it all in the same afternoon. Sheree who handled the call was fantastic. Absolutely refreshing to speak to a person who promptly answered my call and actually cared about fixing the problem. Thank you Softview, truly appreciated. I'd have given 10 stars for this review but the most I can give is 5.

From start to finish my experience with soft view & team has been fantastic we would highly recommend, from sales to after service we couldn’t have asked for more. Front and rear composite doors and windows all round. Bwillent company thanks again.

Appalling company -would never use again! Ordered new front door Dec 2020, fitted March 2021, would not shut properly, getting locked in etc. Refitted 3 times with the same fitter shouting at me when he came back ‘don’t you think I know how to do my f’ing job’ etc, felt so intimidated. Have always remained polite and friendly - even having been spoken to like that. Had to re-paint at my own cost already- once after he cut through a live cable to my outside light so had to remove box, and again after refit. Still wasn’t sorted and turns out door was warped and had to be completely re-done when a second person inspected and condemned it- took months! They also gave me a set of 3 keys- one was snapped in half before he even gave them to me! Had to fight for a refund on a new one I got cut. Multiple issues inc. not filling, sealant not done properly on trim, step not finished off and scratches on step! Back door handles from a previous fit 5 years prior had deteriorated and after 4 visits, 3 cancellations and 2 lots of door handles that didn’t fit, finally got that job done.So after 18months I’m still left with a damaged front entrance where plaster and paint ripped off wall, and no responses to getting it fixed, despite photos being requested and being told they’ll get back to me, as I can’t prove it wasn’t me who did it, so will now have to do this at my own cost too due to no response.

Excellent service from start to finish. Sheree went out of her way to source a beautiful door in an amazing colour for my Mum in what was an unusual & challenging size opening. Carl & Flyn who fitted the door made a brilliant job in what frankly was not a run of the mill fitting due to the size of the opening plus they were so very clean and tidy.Thank you Softview for making my Mum a very happy lady.

Where do I start? I I was debating a conservatory for a couple of years but wasn’t 100% set on it, having been passing softview one day, me and my wife decided to pop in and have a chat with the sales team, they were amazing. So informative and shown us a lot of examples. We then had the team come out and measure and then fit a couple of weeks later, the fitting team were great too. It has completed our house and I’m so glad after long debates we got it. Cracking job softview. Highly recommend.

New front door with side panels Feb18. Wanted to write a review, as I felt the service received was very good, from showroom/admin to the installers. We shopped around, and the price from Softview, and the quality of the door we ordered, were top notch. Really pleased, and very impressed with the care taken by the installer. Well done!

10 phone calls with after care chasing up initial cause for concern, windows not sealing identified fault with windows, paper test completed by 2 staff. Cavity where windows/doors fitted all cracked and plaster blown. Guarantee still in date so felt this would be dealt with and it would be straightforward.Update on this matter:-Was seen today by a very apologetic female senior member of the company. My concerns were listened to and I was assured my concerns will be dealt with. Apologies given to me for this outstanding matter.Reassured my faith in the company!

A lovely family company who are there for you every step of the way,great service,great value,like everyone I put my trust on the opinion of others on Softview being the right company to trust for our large investments and can definitely recommend.

A fitting that was supposed to take a day took 4.5 months with repeated visits of fitters who were given the wrong components. Furthermore, having been assured the new bi-fold frame would fit the same space as the previous one so no brick or tile cutting would be required, the original fitter was given a frame larger than what was measured by the surveyor, but proceeded to fit it anyway so there was no way we could opt out at that stage. Whilst Softview may wish to blame an individual in the company who no longer works for them, they are responsible for how they handled our various complaints. Once installation was finally complete, they even managed to double down on their appalling service and apparent contempt for us as customers by giving what only amounted to a 5% discount on the final price which barely covered the cost of additional labour we had to pay for to repair damage to our plasterwork from their fitting of a frame we never ordered. Avoid.

We had soft view fit our windows over ten year’s ago and they are still giving amazing service.Our front door Handel had gone so we popped in yesterday 12st June and spoke to sherry she sorted us out straight away her customer service was amazing.We are so pleased with our windows and doors amazing customer service .Highly recommend well done soft view
