At some point on Monday evening on 31/07/23 I had a problem with two spotlights on my kitchen's ceiling which would not come on. I thought the bulbs had gone out but after changing the bulbs again the spotlights would not come on. I called Windmill Electrics who had helped me before in December 2022 and we arranged an app for today Wednesday 02/08/23.Their electrician came over and inspected them. Apparently there was an issue with the bulb holders that needed to be changed and he changed them and finally the light on the spotlights came on again !!!Their service is very quick, prompt, efficient and to the point and they are very knowledgeable and courteous. I would only choose Windmill Electrics to help me with my electrical needs at home at any time. They are my No 1 favourite and I strongly recommend their service !!!

I called quite late in the evening when my power failed. I was told that someone could come out, but that I should call the UK Power Network first to see if there was a problem in the area. It turned out to be an issue with a local substation, which was fixed a few hours later.Windmill Electrics were extremely approachable, helpful and responsive and I really appreciated their advice, which saved me a call-out charge as the problem was elsewhere.I will definitely be contacting them again should I have any future issues that need fixing. Absolutely fantastic experience with Ibby at A Windmill Electrics. We had an emergency RCD issue and called around several places. This was the first company to answer. They arrived in under an hour and the charge was very reasonable for an evening emergency call out (less than half the price we paid for the same issue with a different company the week before). Ibby resolved the issue and even stayed for nearly the remainder of the hour that we paid for to talk us through how to resolve it if it happened again. He was so friendly and professional. Highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again if we have a need.

Ibby was quick to respond to my urgent query and was able to identify and resolve faults that others had previously failed to find and address. Ibby is such a polite, professional, and efficient electrician. I needed some emergency support at the last minute on the weekend and reached out to him. He turned up within a couple of hours, explained what needed doing very clearly, put my mind at ease, restored my power, and provided me with some advice on what to do next and look out for. Reliable, tidy and really knows what he is doing which is obviously very important for an electrician! Have used Ibby before and will do so again. Also reasonably priced for the London area Recommend!
