Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities are well maintained and clean in all the areas I was present during my visit. Love coming to the spa especially. Very relaxing, the steam room is my personal favorite.

Bannantynes is a luxury great quality membership access to an up to date fitness suite and equipment and also a great selection of classes to suit all levels of fitness. All members have access to the swimming, spa and jacuzzi. Good value for money.

Its ok because the only place in town with a spa otherwise 50% people would leave. Inspite of great cleaners it smells of stale sweat on other side of cafe doors.Echoing shouting teachers at swim lessons spoil adult pool & spa area 3.30 -7pm. Steam room rarely has steam. Insecure brick walls in steam rooms accident waiting to happen. Members informed Craig months ago but he turns a deaf ear.Craig seems interested in running the cafe more than the actual health club facilities.Pool full of kids till 5pm weekend 7pm midweek. It closes too early.Sat/Sun at 7.30pm members hounded out by inaudibly LOUD staff tannoy system.The steam & sauna room glass only cleaned with disinfectant but inside walls & seats merely hosed down.If plan a late spa beware urine smell. It could be made welcoming with essential oils.Good points free hair dryer changing rooms kept clean by staff. All classes good held by friendly staff.Change room has constant rap noise piped in suited for teens nothing for discerning musical taste. Small adjustments can turn it around starting with club manager being more approachable and less ego driven concerning constructive comments from others.

Bannatyne is a great club with amazing facilities, exercise machines, pool, sauna! I am very satisfied with the club and service!Special thanks to the manager who carefully helped and supported me! This is truly the best club and has the best managers! Thanks again for everything! I'm happy! I wish this club prosperity and many grateful customers!

Great gym. Fab facilities staff are friendly and professional. One of the cleanest gyms I've attended.Class choices good. Definately worth a visit

Good gym with friendly staff. Equipment level is pretty good although a bit constrained at the minute due to social distancing needs. Personal training and help are available.The pool is pretty good but sauna and steam room are not currently in use due to covid restrictions.

Steam room doesn't work right Just smells moldy, like a wet damp room. Mentioned it to the manager a couple of times for him to just laugh and say he's had complaments form the older customers saying it's a bettertemperature lol, it's broken it doesn't work right. I would avoid this place, £65 a month for broken equipment with no chance of them fixing it.

Excellent facilities. Only a 4 as no spa treatments available. Staff really helpful and friendly. Facilities and equipment of a very high standard. You are made to feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Hard to get into some classes as they fill up very quickly so you need to be very quick in booking. Good waiting list service in operation though.
