Absolutely fantastic from start to finish.John took our brief and even though my husband and I had different ideas, John was able to get both of our wants at the first attempt. The finished result is absolutely stunning. We couldn’t be happier with it.The price was extremely reasonable.Great communication all the way through and a real nice company to deal with.Would highly recommend.

John was so helpful and helped me choose the right splash back that would suit my kitchen. Very tidy installation no mess left behind and the finish is flawless. Great service all round. Came on the day/time as advised for the initial quote , followed up by the precise measurement visit. Nothing too much trouble for the guys. All the guys were pleasant, no mess left behind. Very pleased with product and would definitely recommend

From the moment we contacted John we were confident that he would be good to work with and that he would deliver what he promised. We got great advice and when the two guys came to fit it they were also extremely professional. The splashback makes our kitchen and we couldn't be more pleased.So pleased with the kitchen we have just had a splashback fitted to our new bathroom. From start to finish it was an exceptional experience from first telephone contact, to detailed site visit and onto the final fitting of the glass. John who runs the company was meticulous in explaining all of the options at the outset and in preparing a detailed survey on site. He explained everything very clearly and highlighted any physical limitations and gave excellent advice without any hint of any sales pressure. He was focused on our requirements. He kept us in touch with the progression of the order and arranged a convenient fitting date and time.The team of two fitters who came, Dan and Chris, arrived exactly as arranged and completed the job in a totally professional manner paying respect to our home. They were incredibly skilled and clearly enjoyed their work and delivered a superb result. They called in a colleague, Dave, to provide some additional ‘muscle’ in handling of the glass which was nearly 3.5 metres long. It was all done very deftly and safely.Whilst not inexpensive we would say it was well worth investing in a really nice company with a good ethos, fantastic staff and getting an amazing looking result. I am sure that if any issue arose in the future they would be equally attentive and responsive.A really nice experience from start to finish.

Absolutely over the moon with our kitchen splash back from The Liverpool Glass Company.John was fantastic from start to finish, he went above & beyond to accommodate us and meet all our needs.The whole process was so quick & easy for us...There was so many unique design options to choose from but we went for the bronze mirror in our cream & gold tone kitchen and we absolutely LOVE it!...I was worried about keeping it clean but i needn't have! It's SO easy! The glass cleaner the fitters recommend is affordable and does the job instantly.I didn't catch the fitters names but they were also faultless!We would highly recommend this company...competitively priced but most importantly professional & reliable...TOP QUALITY 10/10!THANKS!
