Can’t speak highly enough of Marc and John. They recently handled a flat sale for me and from start to finish they were outstanding in their positive approach to achieve the best sale price. They continually pushed the sale process along by chasing the solicitors and our buyer especially when it came to exchange and John actually hand delivered the final documents to our solicitor to ensure the sale could be completed before Christmas. Bournes exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property.

We bought our house through Bourne and we cannot fault the service. What has been great about the service Bourne provide, that unfortunately we failed to think about when choosing our own agent to sell our house, is that Jon supported us throughout the whole process. Jon showed us round the property, helped us buy the property and then helped us get to exchange and completion. With our own agents who sold our house we had to deal with different people at every point meaning no consistency of service. Jon was always around when we needed to speak to him, was continually chasing solicitors and was always great to deal with.
