Not bad. The ferry staff seem pleasant but most staff around both the Southampton & east Cowes car parks are rude, have a disgusting attitude, tend to talk down at you & treat you like they've just trod on you.

Good facility. Toilet and waiting place is easily accessible. Crowded ferry, not enough covered viewing area.

Sadly charges a fortune to call customer services using 0870 numbers and then leaves you on hold.Very poor behavior these days, no need for it.

On time, Clean. Places you can grab a coffee or something to eat. Staff are very helpful. Overall nice and pleasant journey.
