Turn'd Up Fitness is a fantastic dance fitness class. I burn so many calories during class. The instructors are fantastic and so is the CEO and founder Shakira. Her love for the business just shows and it's clear for anyone who attends turnd up that it's addictive, confidence boosting and THE BEST FITNESS CLASS I HAVE EVER ATTENDED!

Turnd up Fitness is so much more than just your average Fitness class. The class is suitable for all fitness levels, however you sweat like crazy it’s amazing. I cannot recommend it enough, I started over a year ago and have been addicted ever since! The beauty of a Turnd up Fitness class is that it feels like a night out with the girls, you don’t realise how hard your working or how big your smile is throughout. The songs are current and the moves are repetitive and easy to follow. The best aspect of a Turnd up Fitness class is that it’s welcoming and friendly to everyone and you don’t feel any judgement. Since starting Turnd up I’ve lost over 2 stone in weight and dropped 3 dress sizes. My body shape has completely transformed and my confidence levels are through the roof. It is the best Fitness class I have ever experienced and the atmosphere is something else! After each class I can’t wait for the next. It’s so refreshing to finally find a Fitness class you enjoy and it never feels a chore. Best class ever!!!

Turn'd Up Fitness is amazing!! It's like no other fitness class around, its fun, sassy, energetic and is guaranteed to boost your confidence!! I became an instructor in September and its by far the best thing I have ever done and it 100% wouldn't of been possible without Shekira's and the other instructors support. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get fit or even to just go and have fun for an hour to attend Turn'd Up Fitness classes because I can personally guarantee, you will have the time of your life and you will never look back once you do!! ❤

Turn'd Up has been my safe space for the last three years ❤️It honestly changed my life and I cannot express how thankful I am to Shekira and all the different instructors that I met in Cardiff.I always loved dancing but being a big girl, I was way too embarrassed to do any sort of choreo classes, but with Turn'd Up I found my home!It is so much more than just a fitness class, it is a community of women who empower and support each other!From the minute I stepped in class and the lights went off I was a different person!! It makes you feel confident and sexy, it brought out a side of me that I never knew I had! And with time this confident version I only had in class was transferred to my every day life!3 years down the line i am 35kg less, I learned to love myself and I am more confident than ever having my very own Turnd Up gang in Glasgow!P.S I am not a vein person but for crying out loud I went from 110kg to having abs!!I dare you to find a fitness class that can make you achieve as much as Turnd Up does!

WOW! The instructor course is incredible. You are taught how to run the classes, how to dance like a sassy and sexy queen AND you are you are given health and nutrition tips of how to look after yourself. ❤️ I felt really proud when finishing it and can't wait to run my own sessions!

I would 100% recommend turnd up fitness. I have always been a shy, nervous person and when I started turnd up, it helped me not only to become fitter but feel more confident about myself. I made friends with a lush, crazy bunch of women whom I absolutely love and who make me feel apart of a team, and I can hand on heart say that I thoroughly enjoy every minute of dancing and socialising with them. I've only been going a few months, twice a week but already I have people telling me I've lost weight and asked what fitness I'm doing. Get involved people, if your shy, nervous, not very sociable (just like me) you won't be let down!

Turn’d Up Fitness is an amazing adults dance fitness class to RnB and dancehall music. The disco lights go on and the lights go off, it makes everyone feel as if they are the star of their own show. The class is designed to empower women and boost their confidence. Turn’d Up Fitness has made me realise that being yourself is the best way to be and I can’t believe how many new kind and inspiring people I’ve already met. I became an instructor in February, it’s the best thing I’ve done! I am proud to be part of something so special. I recommend this class to anyone, whether you want to learn some dance moves, get fit or have some time to yourself. It is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, everyone is supportive of each other. You will not regret trying a class.
