North Wynd Car Park

After parking for just 12 minutes, I found myself the proud owner of a £60 parking notice. This is thanks to being unfamiliar with the area, the almost total absence of signage at a reasonable level and the fact that the big sign making you aware of the parking fees is absent from the entrance we used. A return visit saw me taking a full six minutes to find the single paystation, which is not exactly accessible to those with mobility issues...evenings I had known about the payment side ofvthings I would still have recieved a parking notice by taking the six minutes to even find the paystation.A situation bordering on extortion of the unfamiliar. Reprehensible.
