What can I say about Ross and Rotate.I can’t thank him enough.A company true to his word.Back in October I bought a 2016 Ducati Diavel my dream bike.4 days of owning it the engine failed.The bike was mint both of us was shocked for this to happen.With no quibbles or moans he just dealt with it and said he will sort it, within 4 days he had it picked up from me (in the midlands).As soon as he got it he stripped the bike and sent the engine to a well known engine builder.I got regular calls from Ross to keep me informed and where we was at.The engine builder found the main engine baring had failed, the only fault this type of engine gets and when it goes it goes with no warning.It took a while for the parts to come but I got photo’s of everything.All this was to Ross’s and Rotate’s expense it was fully fixed and delivered back to me before Christmas.I got all the paperwork, receipts and warranties of the repair work.He said he will sort it and get it back to me asap and like I said he was true to his word.I can honestly say he is one of the best motorbike dealers I’ve ever dealt with.Thanks Ross and Rotate I’ve got my dream bike back and better than it was.Thanks Ross

An absolute breath of fresh air in this industry, from the first time I messaged Ross at Rotate to the point the deal was finalised was a pleasure, I had a highly exotic Ducati that I wasn’t too happy about advertising privately and entertaining time wasters, tyre kickers thieves and fraudsters so I contacted Rotate to see if they’d assist me in a Sale Or Return deal. Within a day Ross had collected my machine and taken it away, instead of sale or return I simply just sold it to Ross instead for a quick and easy deal as I had my eye on something else. Having looked around their showroom their stock is top line and immaculately presented! If you’re thinking about buying or selling then don’t hesitate to give Rotate a try, you won’t be disappointed, they are good, honest and reliable.Once again Ross thank you for your assistance.

One of the smoothest bike purchasing experiences I've ever had - huge credit to the owner Ross. From the moment I made contact about a bike I was interested in, he was very friendly and responsive. After paying a deposit he even delivered the bike to my house as he was in the area the following day, sorted all the registration out for me and was just generally really friendly and knowledgeable. The next time I'm looking to change bikes, I'll certainly consider Rotate again. Top class - thanks Ross.

I had been looking for a Z1000SX for the last 45 weeks. Over time bikes came and got sold. Ross's bike came along and initially it did not even appear on my list. It's first appearance was right at the bottom. I became serious in March started 2022 started contacting sellers, some 'dealers' would not respond other bikes got sold and gradually his bike started moving up in my list. On my first contact with Ross I found him to be very forthcoming and attentive which I really liked. I decided to take the punt and booked the bike for just £100. What a choice I have made and what a loss for others. The bike itself is a great machine. My mechanic of 12 years Bill, another wonderful person, told me that he would not have known that the machine had done 22k miles if he had not checked the meter. Ross has a very keen eye and a very good collection of bikes which are superbly presented. At the same time he has a very nice friendly personality. Not many dealers will tell you that mate you have a three months warranty

I can't recommend the guys at Rotate Motorcycles enough. I gave Ross my bike as a 'sale or return' and the service was second to none. The bike was meticulously valeted, new tyres fitted and advertised online within 2 days of them having it. I was kept in constant communication and the bike was sold within a few weeks, no hassle. Ross called to say the bike has been handed over and he made payment within about 10 minutes. Will definitely be using Rotate again.

Purchased my lovely R1 from these guys a month ago. The bike was immaculate barring 1 stone chip, which was honestly pointed out on the walk round video (10 year old bike, 1 owner!). I went through the entire process via whatsapp, which makes life easy when working 12 hour shifts. The bike was even better looking in person, extremely pleased with it. Ross also personally delivered the bike to me the very next day (200 miles away!) and collected the bike I was trading in, which I received a part exchange amount I was more than happy with (£1100 more than offered by another dealer!)On the off chance I ever want to get rid of the R1 (or get a second bike.....) I will definitely be checking out Rotate's stock!

Fantastic service from Ross. I had few issues with the bike once I had purchased it. This is where Rotate Motorcycles Warranty kicked in. They did not for once cause me any grief. They just came collected the bike and fixed all the issues. One part alone was £300, not once did they try and worm out of their responsibility. Always sending me updates and videos of the repairs. Can not praise them enough.
