Such a wonderful & supportive place for everyone! So inclusive and always so happy and friendly! Classes always make you feel empowered to do things you didn’t think you could! Definitely highly recommend for anyone looking to try something new or get back in to something you once enjoyed

This studio is warm, welcoming, supportive and encouraging. The space itself is beautiful and as soon as you step inside you can feel the positive energy. Together Vic and Jade are so knowledgeable offering a wide range of classes to help you embrace your ability and enjoy movement. Having poled for over 11years and all over the UK I can honestly say this is one of my favourite studios.

I Cannot recommend Vic and the studio enough!All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and work so hard to ensure that you get the most out of each session.TRULY a welcoming and supportive space for trying something new or coming back to exercise.

Vertical Addiction is a fantastic studio with a lovely atmosphere. The instructors are all incredible, making sure to help you progress in your skills whilst creating a friendly, welcoming and fun environment. I attend multiple classes a week with Jade and Vic for pole, and it is always a pleasure. Everyone is so supportive of each other, instructors and students alike, so it is truly an enjoyable experience. The instructors are always caring and accommodating, making sure to take the time to explain things and to even make adjustments to the moves if the movements aren’t working for your body, to make sure that you can be safe and achieve fantastic things. I couldn’t recommend the studio more!

The best pole studio I have ever been to! I have been pole dancing for over six years now. Vertical Addiction has made my journey even more fun. I have made so many wonderful friends here and am pushed to really challenge and improve myself every week. A very, welcoming, wonderful environment full of the best people.

I'm extremely self conscious and have anxiety, it took me years to build up to attend one of these classes, but once I did i didn't look back. Vic and her studio are just perfect, she makes you feel at home and any worries you may have had are left at the door. Teaching is top spec, and Vic is always reminding you of what you're capable of and on the days when it doesn't go right she's still there reminding you of all youve achieved.Joining this studio was by far one of the best decisions I've made.

Just the best place. A nice friendly unjudgemental place. Vic will always make you feel confident, and worthy. Her classes make you ooze confidence and self love. The people that all come are all of the same attitude and just always want the best for you. ❤

Absolutely loved my first experience of aerial yoga. Lovely studio and Victoria was so friendly and went at a pace that suited the while class. Will definitely be booking again.
