PA Properties - Student Accommodation Sheffield

Myself and 5 other housemates rented from PA Properties over the last year. Our experience was very good, from replying to queries to organising quick fixes Christina and the team were efficient and provided a high quality service. During the COVID-19 Pandemic PA has remained professional and reliable, we would 100% the rental of their properties.

Excellent, friendly and most importantly helpful!I have so far rented two properties from PA Properties over the last 18 months and I have never had such a pleasant and easy experience when dealing with landlords. The properties are all in perfect condition and any little 'wear and tear' problems that do occur are all resolved by one quick email usually within the very same day!All the staff are very friendly and happy to help with any queries you may have, they also keep you well notified with any upcoming maintenance visits and do their best to keep the disruption of these to an absolute minimum.After being a university student and renting from numerous different companies over the years, I can comfortably say hands down that PA Properties have been the easiest and most enjoyable company to rent from, they make the whole process simple and stress free, which is exactly how it should be!100% recommend!

Hands down best lettings agency I have ever dealt with. Pa Properties were always so attentive and responsive with any issues with the house. When I needed a second desk for my room to be able to work from home, they had it to me straight away. Christina was always very easy to communicate with and on the rare occasion I missed a rent payment due to not shuffling my money between accounts in time, they were very understanding and rectifying the issue was never much of a concern.If Pa Properties had another property that fit my requirements I would have definitely stayed with them.Highly recommend!

I am currently renting a flat from P.A. Properties and my overall experience with them has been fantastic. The apartment is spacious, in a great location and well furnished. There have been minimal issues but those that have arisen have been dealt with very efficiently. I find the service excellent; every staff member I have encountered have been very pleasant and have always been happy to help. I also find the fact that they don't charge admin fees to be remarkable; in a day and age of businesses trying to squeeze every last penny out of their customers; P.A. Properties are one of the few remaining honest businesses out there. 100% recommended.

I rented with PA properties during my second year of uni and I couldn't be happier with them. When we moved into the house the carpets looked a bit old and worn out so PA replaced them during the summer before we moved in. They were always at hand if we needed something fixing and were great at communicating with us. They were very accomodating, we had a day between the house and the one we were moving to, so they kindly let us stay a few extra days. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve rented with PA for around 5 years and they are the best landlords I have rented with. All staff are very quick to reply to emails and in dealing with any maintenance requests. Nathan is a wonderful asset to the company when anything goes wrong he has always been so helpful. Jobs that some landlords would consider minor would still be completed extremely quickly. I would be continuing to rent in my current property however I am leaving Sheffield for pastures new. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

I hadn’t heard of PA Properties until 4th year but they are by far the best landlords I’ve had! They were super quick to respond to any email and to fix anything, the house was really nice and modern, they went above and beyond to help us out. Just lovely people who genuinely want to help. If you go for the bills inclusive option and use less heating and water than expected you get refunded - we managed to save quite a bit! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for student accommodation in Sheffield.

Lived in one of PA Property's rooms for 2.5 years and found it a great place to live. The price was reasonable for the amount of space I had and service/repairs were always very fast. All the staff are friendly and very accommodating.

I've rented from PA Properties for 3 years now and have absolutely no complaints. As a student they have been incredibly understanding and fair in both their pricing and practice.Christina is a gem and handles all/any issues quickly and efficiently. Each of our properties (i've stayed in 3 separate PA houses) have been well equipped, clean and enjoyable.I cannot recommend PA Properties highly enough.

Top notch apartment! 100% recommendation to the guys!I moved in to the apartment last year April (2019) to May (2020) and the whole process was just so EASY. In the space of a week from viewing I was in the apartment.I have been living in Sheffield since 2012 in private living as a student first and recently as an professional and without a shadow of a doubt I don't think I have had this exceptional service, I genuinely can not think of a faults.Many people will agree, and I may be wrong however, living in private renting for a while I have experienced in first person and heard many experiences from family and friends, most landlords or property management companies rarely will put the tenants first or their needs.Not with PA Properties, absolutely top of their game!! Impressed would be an understatement. They have set a benchmark in my eyes and changed my thoughts on private living and my previous experiences.When a company and ALL their staff are great, kind and considerate, they need be recognised, acknowledged and applauded.
