Had a great service from Viking launderette today. I took a shirt in to get a grease stain removed and it looks new again! Quality service and the woman was very helpful. Thank you!

If it weren’t for the friendly owners this place would get 2 stars. The interior is unruly and unkempt. The prices are also really quite high, for a mattress topper and a duvet it cost just shy of £40, which is staggering given the pricing of other local laundromats.

Today, we went there to wash our clothes. Me from Barbados and my wife from Jamaica. Such a pleasant family as owners. We would always return.Our clothes were whiter than when we came in. Please wash your clothes there Caribbean treatment here.

Really lovely people, dropped a small bag of washing there to be done yesterday (18/5/19) checked for allergies firstly which is a massive plus, turn around was less than a couple of hours and the price was reasonable as well for Wash and Dry.. I will be back in Sale in the near future and would not hesitate to return there. Great family run operation

Very disappointed. When I went arrived the lady owner was lovely and kind. Despite a high quote for what I needed. When I returned the lady owner was sat sewing in a chair completely ignored all my questions, until I began taking my clothes out of the washing machine, after which she shouted loudly about how much money was owed. Then went back to completely ignoring me until another member of staff came over to help me. Very unusual experience. They seem to be nice until they've got your money. Then really rude and treat you like your interrupting their day. My clothes were cleaned but I will go somewhere else in future as I need a basic level of customer service. Disappointing.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Rude and unreliable. Didn't dryclean my dress on time after moving collection date few times (apperantly machine was broken). I cancelled the service as dress was needed for a particular event. Still cleaned it and charged me because there was no note that it was cancelled. Shocking

Great staff and very cheap and best.
