Nico did a super job adding two new loft hatches and a ladder – a quick and immaculately tidy worker!

Recently had our loft boarded by Nico. Arrived exactly on time for the quote, gave great advice and was clear that Nico had extreme amounts of experience in his field. Again exactly on time for the installation and completed with the precision and the quality he promises.I could not recommend access4lofts Exeter more highly, when scrolling the internet to find someone trust worthy and professional it is always a daunting task finding a tradesman. We definitely found the best there is in this department.With recently moving house we have required lots of different tradesman and services, so we have lots to compare to and lots who we would not write a review for. Access4Lofts were professional, clean, polite, experienced and efficient.5 Stars and more! :)

Recently had a loft hatch and ladder fitted by Nico , Access 4 Lofts.Delighted with the result. Professional and timely installation and would highly recommend.

We had a tiny loft hatch which was very difficult to access and required a rather unsafe stand-alone ladder. Nico quoted and gave me great confidence that he knew what he was talking about and came up with a solution to enlarge the loft hatch and fit a new ladder. As the height of the loft is so limited it needed to be a telescopic ladder.No only did Nico do a great job, he arrived when he said he would, he put down protection on the floor and cleared up after the job. The job he did was very professional and neat and we are delighted with the result. Let me also say that Pat in the office was also excellent - she made the appointment, followed up prior to the installation day and all the follow-up was done in a similarly professional manner. So often companies are let down by the behind-the-scenes" support but Pat deserves recognition of her work too. Highly recommended and based on my experience
