Brilliant service in every regard, from booking in the lock-changing service on Saturday evening through to completion of the job today (Monday morning) - I wish all my interactions with tradespeople was this easy and effective!Oleksandr was quick to respond to emails, quick to schedule an appointment, and quick to deliver exactly what we needed. He then went above and beyond by noticing a faulty hinge on our outer door and repaired it free of charge. We are very grateful for his kindness and attention to detail and would highly recommend to anyone seeking his services.

I called Oleksandr for the 3rd time yesterday and he was 5* as always! He attended within a couple of hours, completed the work to a high standard and went the extra mile fixing another problem of another's work! Was reasonably priced for an emergency call-out and was honest in options of what to do. Would use and recommend him again!

Extremely happy with the service, recently moved in the area and Oleksandr was available on the same day, he was friendly, professional and prompt with replacing all 3 locks and even went as far as sorting out an issue with the door fixture. Would definitely recommend and would use services again!
