Emailed Simon with some advice as I'd ordered a cheap cue from elsewhere which had a damaged tip and even though he didn't have to, he took the time to email me back several times in detail. In the end I took the original cue back and paid a little bit more for one of his as I knew the customer service was great and Simon would always help after my purchase too. Played with cue today and would highly recommend.
