Chris has been tuning and servicing my Bechstein since my moving to Bury St Edmunds. He is always prompt, and the piano sounds 'as new' by the time he's finished.I often have a number of technical questions about improvements or adjustments, and he is very adept at communicating what will or may not work well for my piano ... 'and for me' ... as he seems to understand both the need of the client and the pianist very well.Highly recommended.

After every piano tune and service, our piano sounds as new just like it did from the showroom floor. Always punctual, polite and so very knowledgeable. Chris has tuned my piano a few times. Turns up at the appointed time, completely professional and leaves my piano sounding much better when he leaves than it was before he arrived! Definitely recommend Chris as someone that will do a good job.

Professional and friendlyChris has been tuning my piano for many years. The whole process is always smooth and a pleasant experience. My son and my friends can feel the difference straight away after the piano is serviced. He has also put strict measures during lockdown and again did an excellent job in this difficult time.
