I received outstanding service from Henry wanting to change my prescription glasses into mirror tinted sunglasses . Based on Chapmans and extensive experience and advice I am so happy with them . Give them a try as though not my optician they stepped in to help at a reasonable price where my original optician couldnt help and spec savers refused to help me as I do not use them and they only adjust their products their loss of my business and I was more than delighted with chapmans. Highly reccomend .

Brilliant service as always. Friendly proffesional staff. Made a visit today to pick up some contact lenses and choose a new pair of glasses , I had my 3 year old son with me and he doesn't sit still, however Emily and Sammy were brilliant with him, they let him try on some glasses and gave him some colouring to do to keep him entertained whilst I was picking out some new frames.Thanks again Emily and Sammy.I wouldn't go anywhere else !

Glasses fitted with new “En Route” varifocal and light changing lenses by Chapmans. Very responsive to changes in light. Excellent for night driving glare too. Effectively replaced three pairs of specs. Chapmans good as always.

Sam and the whole team were brilliant and really helpful. It was mine and my wife’s first pair of glasses so we needed strong guidance! The eye tests were very detailed and Mimi took the time to discuss our results and talked us through various photos of our eyes which was interesting and provided reassurance that nothing was wrong. The team made the experience extremely enjoyable & we’ve both come away with glasses that really suit us. Would highly recommend!!

I had a fabulous and thorough eye test with Charlie, who was really knowledgeable and lovely, followed by an excellent session with Sam who did my measurements for varifocals and helped me find the best glasses to ensure no gapping, and comfortable wear.When I picked up my glasses Sam was nearly as excited as I was - honestly can’t fault Chapman’s, I would choose them every time.
