The wonderful ladies at BT travel offered me a superb customer experience. I have booked with BT travel many times before, however, on this occasion they definitely went the extra mile to find affordable flights to New York in December at a moment's notice. Hi. Popped into BT Travel Saturday 18th January. We went in with our number one choice. Within 20minutes our holiday was booked. Yippee two weeks holiday at Calis beach Turkey. Only going Five star this year. What lovely girls you will meet when you must go in and book your holidays. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again. Xx

I found B T Travel on the net and based on the reviews i thought i would give them a try. The ladies were so freindly and helpful i ended up purchasing a second break due to the confidence i had in the top quality service and advice i had received. A 5 star service with 5 star staff . Well done.

Brilliant service. It was nice to have such a freindly and personal service . They took there time to go through different options on hotels , and travel arrangements and different resorts I may like .Again it was refreshing to talk to some one who cared about my holiday not just to make a sale.Leigh and lisa were fantastic and i will be using them all the time and cant recommend them enough.
