Golden Retriever Statue
This memorial statue honors the first golden retriever, bred here by the Baron Tweedmouth. Puppies from this first litter are the origins of all goldens! The model for the statue is the a form champion from the 1920's, the sire of the breed in North America.

Golden Retriever Statue
The Golden Retriever, one of the worlds most beloved dog, started life here in Tomich. The Golden Retriever was bred by Lord Tweedmouth who crossed his wavy-coated retriever called Nous with a Tweed water spaniel called Belle. The statue was installed in 2014 by Friends of Guisachan.
