Charles Mason Chimney Sweep
Charles came to sweep our chimney and service our multifuel stove for the first time, this week. He was very personable, and professional. His advice was also very helpful - particularly regarding CO detectors and fuel. As a result, we will be calling on him again next year and I will recommend him to anyone who asks :)

Charles, was the most professional chimney sweep we’ve had. The work was thorough and he explained where we were going wrong with our wood burner.The service was first class and clean. He even used a camera to show us the depth of deposits, very useful.The advised on the correct products to use to keep the fire running cleanly, this was a great help.We couldn’t fault the man or his work in any way. 6* not 5*.

Top job and top man, made a great clean job of sweeping our chimney, checking and cleaning the wood burner, arrived on time, removed his shoes before entering and is an all round Nice guy. Competitive price and left us with a chimney safe certificate for the house insurance Absolutely recommend Chaz.
