My brother and I just returned from a 5 day fishing trip with Anglers Jaunt. In short, it was a fantastic experience, thoroughly enjoyable and exceeded all expectations. It has been something we’ve wanted to try for some time, however we had no experience; so it was greatly appreciated when I contacted Stan who was incredibly helpful; listening to our (multiple) requests and providing helpful feedback to organise an itinerary that worked for us - where to fish, what to catch, where to stay, ensuring all the gear was taken care of……we just needed to turn up. Given Stans extensive knowledge of the area, years of experience and expertise, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Anglers Jaunt (Stan) to anyone looking to organise a fly fishing trip in Scotland – for a novice or someone with experience.

A fantastic experience! My uncle, cousin and I (who have little to no previous experience) were taken out by Stan on the river earn for an afternoon of fly fishing. Everything from the tackle and gear, excellent tuition before we started and even the coffee and snacks provided were to a very high standard! A brilliant night had by all and will definitely be back in the future for another day out!

Amazing day and first-class experience with Stan. I was in Scotland, day-tripping solo while friends played golf. Stan put together a great agenda, picked me up in Edinburgh in a clean, nice car, drove about 90 minutes North to scenic Kinkell Bridge in Auchterarder, then patiently taught me to fly fish. We caught small trout all day and he prepared a wonderful hot lunch by the riverside.Easy booking, easy communication, and great company - highly recommend.

I highly enjoyed my outing with Stan at Anglers Jaunt! Stan is very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about local and nonlocal waters, fishing technique, etc. As an intermediate fly fishing tourist fishing in Scotland for the first time, he provided a very meaningful glimpse into the fly fishing culture and plenty of opportunities to get into some grayling and brown trout.
