Communication has never been a problem from placing the order to templating, to installation.The team is very experienced, the measurement was spot on, installation wasn't rush. Being a customer without experience, the installer had gone above and beyond to ensure we have the perfect window cill that compliment the worktop as well as up stand. The joints are very fine... and we are so happy with the material and the very fine craftsmanship.If you are looking for pleasant shopping experience, quality craftsmanship... Such a lovely and patient advisor and the professional templater and cutters, if only all companies would provide this level of service. I ordered new worktops from Oxford Stone Craftsmanship who provided a truly superb service from start to finish. The sales lady Emma was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, obtaining samples and showing me many possibilities. I viewed large slabs at their workshop and was also shown some finished worktops in the stone I was interested in, prior to her ordering it for me from their Belgian supplier.. Templating was organised and I was also particularly impressed by the careful workmanship of Mark in making the templates onsite and his expertise when subsequently installing the finished worktops which had been cut and finished beautifully. I wholeheartedly recommend this team!

After having been let down at the last minute by a large quartz supplier, we went to Oxford Stone Craftsmanship to see if they could save the day, and they could! We couldn’t be happier. All round great experience. A good showroom with lots of choice. Emma and Anna in the office were thorough, professional and friendly and the fitters were excellent. Nice to have a local company that go the extra step to make sure you’re happy throughout the process, would definitely use and recommend again.
