So after having my brows done elsewhere a couple of years ago I was due to have them topped up but the person who did mine originally no longer worked in the industry. I searched a while and asked for recommendations before booking with Rachael at Prowess. The salon is stunning and absolutely immaculate and gives a great first impression……and then we move on to Rachael , she is so warm and welcoming and I felt relaxed and had absolute confidence in having my combination brows done,she is a perfectionist and has done an amazing job, I have genuinely had so many positive comments and I couldn’t be more pleased ….I was so confident and trusted her that I then booked a lip blush ….. another great result! Seriously Rachael is a genuine lovely person and her work is amazing !

I’ve been going to Rachel for 3 years in that time I’ve had my eyebrows micro bladed, lip filler, my lips dissolved and refilled and B12 injections. Rachel is so so friendly, professional and explains everything fully before any treatment. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with me face!
