I’ve been regularly attending practice with James for the past couple of months. His slow flow practice are fabulous session. I’ve felt my confidence in yoga practice and knowledge deepen and develop over time. James is a wonderful teacher and explains the positions well. It’s a joy to attend class.

James is simply the best Yoga Instructor I've had the pleasure of practicing with. He paces the sessions well and will routinely break down and demonstrate any new positions in a way that makes sense!I feel invigorated and re-energised after our practice and I can thoroughly recommend James.On a practical note, the Quaker Meeting House is a good venue and very easy to get to and park.

I have been doing yoga with James for a month now, I haven't done yoga before so I was a little bit apprehensive not knowing what to expect in my first class, now I'm totally hooked. James is so gentle, patient, He explains every move step by step, He puts you at ease with your body and mind.I know that after the yoga class I feel alive, full of energy, confident and I even think my memory has improved.I thoroughly recommend him.

James Yoga Vibe
I have now done several yoga classes with James and he is a brilliant teacher. I cannot recommend him enough! He explains the movements clearly, is very patient with beginners and my confidence is definitely growing by going to his classes. I feel revived and renewed after his classes and can't wait to keep progressing - thank you James!
