I moved into a property with poor heating London Building Maintenance first of all took my issue seriously. When selecting new heaters for me, they selected a heater that is highly effective but also cost efficient too! Also their level of customer service is outstanding very down to earth people who genuinely care to help.

At first, they started working well with regards to refurbishment of kitchen/bathroom. however the workers slowly decrease the workload and the quality.1)Workers take multiple random breaks without letting you know2) Didn't have all the necessary equipment; had to provide my own equipment several times3) Finishing was extremely low quality; still have some damaged goods (2 months later)4) Poor time management - never punctual5) Terrible communication; workers made decisions without asking resulting in repetition of work.I would say avoid at all costs. Not professional and not worth the hassle.

Extremely helpful. Found the problem whilst other plumbers couldn't. Literally no fuss, no hassle got the job done. Cleaned up the mess that was made. Would definitely recommend.

Using cheap quality taps etc to do jobs and leaving properties with unfinished jobs and when you call to find out what's going on you keep hearing the following like a broken record...can you call back later"" i or someone will call you back" (then you hear nothing back)supervisor not in office so can't tell you anythingReally is a joke!"

I got London Building Maintenance to do a decorating refurbishment at one of my properties based in Romford. They were very professional in their communication in booking the inspection visit, providing a quotation and preparation for when I had received confirmation for them to start the work. The work was completed to a high quality and I would highly recommend them due to their professionalism, workmanship and desire for customer satisfaction

By far the worst maintenance in London. Workers have no clue on what they’re doing. Numerous breaks using excuses to ‘go to the shop to find parts’ while they’re taking breaks. Constant lies about when they’ll attend the property. Using their jargon to get away with what they’re are meant to be doing and leaving properties with unfinished jobs.

My gym needed some TLC:1) Rewire2) Club shop for merchandise to be built3) Lighting fitted4) Make safe all electricals5) Shower and changing room planning and installationI can honestly say that I was blown away by the craftsmanship, professionalism and price. They worked within my budget and were happy to give non partial advice.I can't recommend LBM highly enough!
