Bought a Skoda Octavia off them 2 months ago and initially car was going great. Unfortunately it began to not want to start so I contacted the garage. They were very helpful and I arranged to bring the car down to get fixed. Service staff very helpful and professional and I left the car with them as I was given a courtesy car. I was called the next day and told battery was the problem. New battery fitted and diagnostics done, car picked up and not charged as I'd not long bought the car. Very pleased with service and staff. I would definitely recommend this garage.

Arranged car service via website, very easy and it was confirmed by phone. Reminders were also sent. Friendly greeting on arrival. I was given an estimate as to when the car would be ready. A bit later I got a short video of the service. A couple of hours after dropping off the car I received a phone call to say car my car was ready for collection. On pick up again a friendly welcome, paper work was explained. I picked up car and found it had been cleaned in and out. A first class service, very happy to recommend this garage.

Purchased a Ford Mondeo from Focus Motor store a few weeks ago. Very happy with the car, it runs great and looks great. The service I received from Chris was excellent.

I bought a Honda Civic off Focus Motors back in October 2021.It was a trade in they had that they had and decided to retail.It was quite an unusual car for a dealer this size to retail with it being 16 years old and relatively cheap, I think most cars like this would have been put into an auction. But with very low miles (42k at the time) and a full Honda service history it was a very good buy for me.I’ve done 6k miles and had it over a year, not had an issue at all and only needed a droplink at MOT time. After having a series of much much more expensive cars and decided to get off the PCP wagon I must admit that this £3300 Honda is one of my favourite cars despite being worth significantly less.The whole experience of dealing with Focus was very much like you would get from a main dealer and Chris my salesman was amazing to deal with. One of the best salesman I’ve ever experienced.All this even though the car I was buying was the cheapest they had on the forecourt.I would certainly buy from Focus Motors again and although I’m not looking to change my car just yet I keep an eye on their stock.

From the first contact, Focus were professional and friendly. I was concerned as it wasn't a local garage and much of it arranged on the phone and by email, but Chris and his team were brilliant and made the buying and selling simple and pain free. I would thoroughly recommend.
