Very friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable environment, clean and well maintained facilities and equipments. Definitely recommend this Gym. Excellent classes from all PTs especially Mani Nazeri's : his classes are really worth attending, he is always a motivating, kind and helpful PT.

Member for more than 6 months now. Absolutely brilliant!Special mention to PT Almir Avidic. Excellent trainer, knowledgeable and understand client needs and shapes the program accordingly.

Moved to this gym after the one I was at became unusable due to it being so busy.Happy with the decision, great kit, friendly atmosphere and the app is easy enough to use.Fantastic price all things considered, just wish there was a sauna. Would gladly pay more if one were to be installed.

Does what it says on the tin. Very decent equipment range and a very user-friendly layout. The atmosphere is vibrant, and I find the staff / instructors extremely helpful and easily approachable

I've used a number of the Gym Groups facilities as I travel a little with work and this one I have to rank up there with the best of them. Clean, great atmosphere, plenty of parking.. but over and above all of that.. I have started using at pt from this gym - initially for some 1:1 boxing and additionly he is now helping me with my weight training technique. He's not only a great motivator, gives clear instruction and guidance - but fun to work with and even after all the years I've (tried to) lift weights, he's improved my technique, corrected lots of bad habits and set me a new program. Oh and the boxing is tough - but sooo good.!! . Cannot speak highly enough of this guy - so a huge shout out to ALEX GRANDAGE.. top trainer!

I have only recently started going to The Gym Group, Atlantic Street, Altrincham. I saw an application form/questionaire from a Personal Trainer there, completed it and received an invitation for a one to one meeting. The Personal Trainer is Alex Grandage who I have found to be very approachable/pleasant/professional. I am 77 years of age and have been made to feel very welcome, not only by Alex but his colleagues and other members, which creates a pleasant atmosphere.

Good music, decent classes, good app and timetable. Would be 5 stars if they got some different clips for the weights, didn't charge for the body analyser and found a way to get rid of the sweat smell (last one is a tough ask!)

Hayden Delbridge is a great personal trainer - he makes every session fun and puts in a lot of hard work to make sure you see the results that you want!! He has helped me gain confidence and taught me how to train properly (including using the weights that used to scare me). I have and will continue to recommend him to everyone! Also, all his classes are amazing

The gym very clean, the staffs very nice and professionals. If you bore with your own work around the gym , you can join in with the classes and make the friends with the new people in the class. If you think you don’t work hard enough on your own , you can have a PT push you too ☺️
