Terrible attitude of staff/Service. Won’t be going again. Whole restaurant was empty and we were six and asking for an extra table and he didn't allowed us to seat freely. what kind of service is that? We also gave him an option to vacant the table if your restaurant get packed but denied it. Good luck - wont last long...

Went Huqqa lounge after a long time was very disappointed with the service, was advised that food would take 15-20 minutes over half an hour when asked the waiter how long he said still another 15 minutes as he would go and cook the food now , he had the nerve to say but I did tell u 15 minutes it will take for food. So we ended up leaving without having any food . Ordered sheesha very disappointed it was harsh hard to pull on even with 3 coals. Couldn't taste the flavours. Mojitos were a let down too.Won't be going or recommending this place to anyone

I would say it’s quite expensive.. Prices are cheaper somewhere else..The only reason I visit this place is the exceptional service.. Isma3el is a great guy.. He always approaches us with a smile and always happy to help.. Thanks a lot..

We went there for a lunchtime meal during the week. It was lovely, highly recommend.The food was delicious and the interior was beautiful, clean, and relaxed. Love the mocktails.I couldn't believe this gem was hiding in Park Royal! It will become my new favourite lunch spot.

Excellent shisha spot! Houqa Lounge. Outstanding flavors and top-notch service. The staff was friendly, ensuring a perfect experience. Can't wait to return again.

If I could give no stars I would, its actually terrible food the staff are rood and blunt, absolutely no customer service skills. Wouldn't advise anyone to go here. Mad 6 of us sit on 2 little tables absolutely ridiculous. Honestly

I recently visited Huqqa Lounge in London and had an extremely disappointing experience. The service at this place was absolutely terrible. We had to ask for shisha three times before they finally brought it to our table, and even then, it took an unreasonable amount of time. It was as if they had completely forgotten about us.Not only was the service lacking, but the food quality was also far from impressive. The dishes we ordered were mediocre at best. The taste was bland and the presentation was subpar. We had high expectations for the food, considering the reputation of the place, but unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype.To make matters worse, the waiter who served us seemed highly intoxicated. They were stumbling around, slurring their words, and forgetting simple requests. It was both unprofessional and concerning to witness such behavior from a staff member.Another disappointment was when we called in advance to inquire about watching a football match at the lounge. We were assured that they would accommodate our request. However, when we arrived, we had to constantly remind the staff for a solid 15 minutes to put the game on the TV. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with their lack of organization and attention to customer needs.Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting Huqqa Lounge in London. The combination of terrible service, mediocre food, and unprofessional staff makes it a regrettable choice for a dining or leisure experience. Save yourself the disappointment and find another establishment that values their customers and provides a higher level of service and quality.
