Lea Green Outdoor Activities Centre

Lea Green is an outstanding outdoor facilitator. From the range of activity offered, to the knowledge of the instructors, their ability to tailor activities to such a wide range of need and ability. The food is excellent and they are fantastic at suiting specific dietary requirements.Above all else, the centre is filled with a fantastic group of people who are not only dedicated to providing an excellent outdoor experience for young people, but who also take a real interest in getting to know those who visit.Thank you all as always for everything you do.

It was wonderfully inclusive and they always made sure everyone could join in and take part. There were no barriers. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to their amazing instructors. Especially to; James, Sian and Paul and also to Douglas. Thank you so much and thank you for your kindness, your patience and your understanding.

Staff was amazing, friendly, and so energetic! Equipments were new and sturdy.Loved my trip there!

What a fantastic time we had again at Lea Green this year on all of our residentials. The Y5 and Y6 glamped for the first time and it really added to the experience for both children and staff. The day out on the river doing boating and paddle boarding was amazing and the team (thanks to Jenny, Daryl and Ian) knew exactly what to do to challenge and adapt it so that everyone gets a chance to push themselves to trying new things.Other things to mention which were personal favourites this year, the stream scramble led by Hannah, lots of fun and laughter clambering over and under obstacles. We explored the local church as part of our night walk and I would recommend stopping to let the children soak up some of the history. The water slide was a huge hit with everyone and thanks to the weather, put in an appearance at two of our trips, note to self, bring more bubble bath next year!We have been extremely fortunate to have such brilliant staff lead our visits, Josh, James, Sian and everyone else who helped out whilst we were there. Vicky and Joy in the office made the booking process easy and we've already booked for the next two years. Every single member of the team are friendly, welcoming and are very flexible at changing things around to make sure the children get the most out of their trip.I would highly recommend Lea Green for school residential trips, we are already counting down until next year!
