I have worked with Mark over a number of years helping me mainly with weight loss, He has helped me with high blood pressure and currently advising me on nutrition and personal well being while struggling with mobility issues !Mark is an absolute gem of a guy who knows his stuff, he’s approachable and most importantly has a genuine desire to help people better themselves physically and mentally, I can not recommend him highly enough.

Mark delivers a really amazing programme and is so supportive throughout the entire journey. I found it really worked around my busy lifestyle. I could complete the modules that are really easy to follow on the membership site and I found the Facebook group super supportive. You don't need to be in MK to benefit from Mark's support and passion for helping ladies like me get into the right mindset to improve my life.

When I contacted Mark I thought it was because I wanted to lose weight but he very quickly got to the root cause of my problems and yes, he has helped me lose 3 stone but he has also helped me manage my daily stress levels, improve my relationships, helped me love and appreciate food but overall, see that health is more than just about how much you weigh.
