We have contacted Jordan and Peter to give us some ideas to improve our BBQ area and other aspects of our garden. We had several meetings with Jordan to get him to understand what we need. We could not visualise it ourselves and he came up with 3 high quality designs which we could discuss and tweak as much as we like. He came up with the final design in 3D. We wore very funky goggles and virtually walk around in our new garden. It made such a difference to actually see the new BBQ area in situ.I can highly recommend their design service.5 stars all the way

They listened to what we wanted, made helpful suggestions to achieve it at the most economical cost. They worked tidily and with consideration for the neighbours, coping with the awkward access to site. The finished patio is beyond our expectations, and was completed to time and on budget. Highly recommended!

DDB was contacted in July 2023 concerning damage to an area of 45mm Paving spanning frontage of property having become uneven due roots of a conifer. Inspection, advice, and expert opinion was requested and obtained when on 10/07/2023 he assessed the damage, produced a detailed specification including 3 Options, Landscape Digitally signed Agreement and Payment Schedule. Option2 was selected, Legal Documentation signed and work commenced on 26/08/2023, completing in a week.From our first meeting it was clear Peter was a professional dedicated to completing tasks in highest order. Pete, Jordan, and their team worked with our charity, Access Dorset, to design, build and plant a stunning, award winning, Sensory Garden. They took on board the ideas of our disabled members and involved them where possible in the work. They helped reduce the cost for the charity through their generosity and that of their suppliers. The garden is now enjoyed by hundreds of disabled and older people every year. The Sensory Garden won Gold and Overall Class Winner in the Environmentally Friendly Spaces Category of Bournemouth in Bloom 2018. Pete supports our charity on an ongoing basis, supplying us with recycled timber for our woodwork vocational training project. Peter, Clark and the team did an outstanding job designing and rebuilding our garden decking, renovating an out-building, lining the flower beds with oak sleepers and renovating garden steps. I would say that they are the most professional and friendly contractors that I have ever used. The quality of work was exceptionally high and the completion of the project included a very timely and no quibble sorting out of minor snags. Overall I think that they are an exceptionally good company and I would highly recommend them.

Dorset Design Build provided excellent service installing approx. 30 sqm of patio and raised beds. The company provided valuable advise in the planning stage ensuring that not only the build would look good and functional, but would be future proofed if the raised beds were subsequently removed. My first child was born a few days before work started and the contractors were great; bringing electrical rather than petrol equipment to keep the noise down. The site was kept tidy and small alterations to the initially planned work (re-grouting adjacent patio to match the new patio, lightly landscaping the lawn and beds to fit the new patio) were done at no additional cost. I think that if I had hunted round the work could have been done for a little cheaper, however for a quality job, professional and courteous contractors and confidence in the company from the start, Dorset Design Build were great value.

Designed and landscaped a small garden for our new build, including laying a new patio. Really happy with the company from start to finish. Jordan took time to get to know what we wanted and revised out designs a number of times, all the while sticking to our agreed budget. The guys that came out to do the ground work were quick and professional, even in very wet weather. They were happy to come back and sort a few minor issues with the patio with no fuss and have made a point of making sure we are really happy with our new garden. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Garden Redesign-Phase 1House renovation complete, garden redesign required. We were lucky to find Pete and Clark from Dorset Design Build.During our initial meeting we outlined our needs and agreed to work in a fluid collaborative manner as opposed to the full design package. Pete then explained his vision and drew out ideas on the garden to provided us with an initial estimate to ensure it met with our budget. Once all the materials were chosen Pete provided us with a full fixed price quotation.The work has progressed well and the garden taking shape. When issues arose they have been handled with good communication and options provided to us, allowing us to be flexible in the design including prototyping the water feature.The work has been carried out to a highly professional standard and the team are very courteous, polite and tidy. In fact we are so pleased with the work, that we have asked Dorset Design Build to carry on and redevelop our front garden.
