We have purchased all our home appliances from DAC and have received excellent customer service each time. Highly recommend shopping local with this family run business!

Very helpful and efficient service. Good value for money also. Gareth was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process of buying our new washing machine. Delivery service was prompt so overall really happy with DAC.

Last minute decision to buy a chest freezer! Checked web but delivery in 18 days not suitable. Phoned DAC who confirmed product in stock at reasonable price. Visited store and had said freezer paid for and loaded in van within 20 minutes !!! That's my style of shopping.

Complete lack of customer service from members of staff including the owner. I would not recommend this place, go further afield for your electronic equipment and I will not be purchasing from here again. I am still waiting for a faulty product (larder fridge)to be repaired despite numerous telephone and face to face contacts with this store. Their own engineer agreed the product needed a new part (temperature control unit) and yet this issue remains unresolved months later despite regular contact with the staff- once sold they are totally unconcerned and dare I say it quite rude with customers. I'm not one for poor reviews however, have been left aghast at how I have been treated by several different members of staff. I am left with a fridge which is either freezing the food and destroying it, or else it is going off- and given that I am pregnant - food safety is of paramount significance. Completely unimpressed by DAC Omagh.

I have found the customer service in this establishment to be none existent! For the most part the staff are extremely rude, especially if you are a female customer. They persist in answering the telephone while dealing with you and expect you to wait while they do so. The after service care entails passing the buck to whoever isn’t available at the time of your complaint - the promised phone calls never materialise and the attitude is one of too bad live with it. Don’t go there! You’ll get just as good a deal elsewhere without the bad manners!

Was in store recently viewing TV’s. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and advised me on the best make and model. Thanks Deirdre for all you assistance will definitely call again!

Great friendly service, went to buy a new kettle and toaster, dealt with a lady named Deirdre, great sales lady and had a very pleasant way with her, i even popped into the bakery she mentioned and bought a loaf of the bread she said was “Class” toasted, and you know something, she was right. We’ve named the toaster after her.
