Not sure where the great reviews are coming from but the Internet connection they manage/installed in the apartment complex I live in, is appalling. Constantly dropping out or fails completely for hours at a time; perfect when you have to work from home! Doesn't look like they added in any resiliency to the setup (aka. no backup kit). Support does it's best but gives generic responses in updates, eg' there is an issue on site". (We know this
