nicemove Removals and Storage Manchester

This was my 3rd move using Nicemove. I absolutely wouldn’t use anyone else. From the care and compassion shown by Tracy in the office during a sensitive and stressful time for me to the guys on the moving day- Andy and Ian, who were friendly, Caring, patient and so careful and efficient with the job. Tracy even came to check in on us on moving day too and made herself available if there were any problems- she really is a diamond. Excellent communication and they couldn’t have taken better care of us.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone- my family have all used them for their moves too and have been equally delighted with the service. I am hoping to never move again :-) but if I do I know where I’ll be going! Thanks so much team <3

My partner and I hired nicemove for our first time using a removals service, and it was well worth every penny. The staff are so friendly and professional and made moving house a dream. We would absolutely hire them again.

Everything was very well organised and Tracy was really responsive and on the ball with everything. The team of lads on the day were absolutely brilliant. Really professional, covered and protected everything really well, extremely polite, and all very friendly. I couldn't have asked for the move to go any smoother. Would definitely use them again although we aren't planning to move again for a while yet!

We used Nicemove for a difficult move from Timperley to Northumberland. They were fantastic from start to finish. Tracy coordinated our move and was brilliant, professional and kept us up to date and gave us a good price. Jordan and his team were very professional and worked very hard in the snow and ice to get us in our remote cottage on the Friday night. They really grafted in the conditions and just got on with it. Nothing was too much. They left at 11.30pm on the Friday night totally committed to getting the job done.Tracey ,Jordan and the guys are a real credit to the company. Jordan and Daz arrived on time, packed my belongings perfectly and delivered everything in excellent condition at the other end. They were both courteous, polite and charming. Had a fantastic experience with Nicemove when moving house from London to Cheshire and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and capable removals company. The crew (Ian and Andy) were friendly and took great care to keep our household items safe. They both massively reduced the stress of moving by providing a high quality wrapping service alongside the removal and we felt assured that everything was going to be looked after. Tracy from the office was also incredibly helpful and really great at communicating, ensuring that we we were always kept up to date. She provided a rapid solution when an issue with access arose and we are really grateful for her, Ian and Andy’s help with the whole process. Would gladly use Nicemove again should we need to move items in the future.

Tracy & the team were clear, professional and communicative. Our possessions, including many plant containers, were handled speedily and carefully. Almost no breakages (which could have been our own packaging skills). The whole team had a can-do attitude rarely found these days. Would recommend to my own mother.

We selected Nicemove for our move from Buckinghamshire to Lancashire following recommendation and we were not disappointed. From beginning to the end the service, care and attention was exceptional. This was a 3 day move and involved different crew members, all of them were amazing, so friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Do not hesitate in using them!

I am not surprised that Nice Move receive so many five star reviews and I have no hesitation in joining them. The service they provided was excellent from start to finish. As mentioned by others, from her first visit Tracy was so helpful and friendly and gave me confidence that this move, which I had been dreading, could be accomplished without hassle. Andy & Mike, who did the packing up, were superb and dealt with everything (including a few books!) with great skill and professionalism. And we still had time for a few laughs and cups of coffee. At the other end, the unloading by Ian, Earl, Jamie and Zak went equally well. I am full of admiration for the amount of sheer hard work they all put in, moving large items of furniture (including a piano) and numerous heavy boxes with such skill.Thank you all for making my life so much easier at a difficult time.
