I walked past it and then saw a buzzer with The Rapid Clinic on. It's upstairs. More or less above A R Exchange. I needed a Lateral Flow Test for my holiday. I was greeted by very friendly Receptionist who put me right at ease. Then the Nurse did the Lateral Flow Test. She was so gentle. Got my results within 15 minutes. Excellent service and I would use them again for any future tests.

I had my RT-PCR test completed at The Rapid Clinic. The test result was emailed back the next day at around 7.30pm. All of the staff at the clinic are helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Brilliant service. All the staff were efficient and polite. The receptionist had our information ready and the nurse was lovely and very gentle. We had our results and our certificates within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this service. A five star service.

Very positive experience. The clinic strictly adheres to all covid protocols. The nurse taking the swab was the gentlest I've ever experienced. Fit to fly certificate from lateral flow test was issued within 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

I used these guys for a next-day Covid PCR test to enable travel to Austria which (then) required the test to be taken no more than 48 hours before arrival. I was slightly worried about the tight time frame and the possibility of my flight being delayed so I called to change my appointment to be later in the afternoon without any fuss.The place was a little hard to find but once I saw it I couldn't see why I hadn't noticed it each time I'd walked past it. There is even a board pointing at them on the street!My appointment was on time and very quick indeed. I confirmed my details, had a quick swap taken and was out in around 5 minutes. The result arrived about 7pm the next day - much earlier than quoted and the downloaded certificate was accepted by both the airline and Austrian Immigration.I would definitely use them again but dearly hope I don't need to.

The Rapid Clinic are a great team of people that really care. We were treated so kindly and given great advice too. The testing (to fly) was gentle, friendly, professional and quick. Results earlier than stated time (I assume this is possible sometimes when there isn't too much of a rush on tests) and I can't recommend them enough from ease of booking to receiving the results. Fair pricing and amazing service that just cannot be found these days – a gem! (No request to post a review, they really deserve the 5 stars!)

Really nice experience. People working there were professionals. I went for fit to fly test and everything was done for less than 5 mins. And the price was lower than every other place in town. The result was received as promised on the next day until 11pm. Thank you! I will definitely visit you again.
