Visited this Costa today, I was undecided at what hot drink to have as there are so many to choose from but after chatting to the polite, patient staff they recommended a black forest hot chocolate. Also I was persuaded to have a mince pie. Lovely place

Been here several times and I have no issues with the place itself always had lovely food and drinks. The issue I have is with s young man clearing the tables as soon as it hits 7pm he is clearing the tables and basically telling you to leave. Most coffee shops or restaurants give you about 30mins after closing to finish your drinks and food. I have been here before and sat until 7.20pm when this man is not there and finished my coffee leisurely. But twice now he has made it quite clear its 7pm so off you go.

Very slow service, even though there was only one person in front of me in the queue. ( another person was waiting for their drink to be made whilst chatting with the barista, who seemed in no hurry to get on and make her drink ). The cafe is a bit grubby too, especially the window edge . I've used this branch for years, but it has gone downhill since lockdown.

A nice Costa, slightly less selection than the bigger Costas but still lovely drinks and food. Friendly staff and lots of places to sit. I'll visit again.

Truly awful service! Long queues due to there being only three staff on duty. One on the till, one to take orders and another to make the drinks, who can only make one at a time. And to cap it all, they took a delivery of milk and dumped them on the floor and they stayed there for at least half an hour. The strange thing is that they were an inconvenience to staff as they were blocking the fridge, and they had to step over them to exit, yet they just left them there!

The coffee was fine, as always. But the place was looking very untidy. Behind the counter there was a plastic measuring cup on the floor, rubbish spilling from the bins, milk spilt on the counter. The cups were not clean. The glass next to the tables was dirty. This place has definitely gone down hill.

Nicely altered to Covid 19 arrangements, the counter service carries on. Seating is arranged so that the tables can be cleaned between uses.It's a well used cafe. I found a nice table for two with soft seats, and had a coffee whilst waiting for a bus home.A pleasant experience. Try the single origin coffee, it was very good!

A nice Costa tucked away on the first floor of Tesco's in Dereham.Very spacious layout, with big open plan area and full window wall letting in light.Lift access from ground floor. Toilet in the rear.All the usual selection of food and drink you expect from Costa. Friendly and prompt staff.

I do like this little coffee shop. On my latest visit the staff were friendly and helpful albeit they seemed understaffed.There were a lot of tables which had not been emptied or cleaned.
