Wavertree Technology Park
A relatively modern station having opened in 2000, providing services operated by Northern Trains. The station itself offers step free access with ramps and lifts.One slight issue that I have found is that there is a ticket machine on only 1 of the 2 platforms, so make sure to give yourself enough time if you are purchasing a ticket.That being said, with a frequent set of services to the station you are unlikely to be waiting long for another service.

I would like to say a huge thank to the Station Worker who helped me out of the lift last night when the doors wouldn't open. His quick/urgent response and reassurance and guidance kept me from panicking and calm. He did also make sure I was ok, give me a reassuring hug and made sure I was ok to continue my Journey. I am very grateful for all your help and so sorry I didn't thank you enough at the time.

Please note Google maps takes you into Wavertree Technology Park which doesn’t have access to the Train Station. The route takes you to the far corner of the car park and like I’ve said no route into the train station

Relatively modern compared to much of the rest of the Merseyrail stations, including lifts for disabled access. City line trains run through here from Liverpool Lime Street out towards Wigan and Warrington.There's some seating on this platform but not much in the way of shelter.

A relatively new railway station, opened in 2000. Steam trains pass through from time to time.

5 minutes from my house, goes to Manchester and Manchester airport, can also very conveniently be used for Liverpool city center. It has a lift which was very good for when I was walking with crutches for a long period of time.

It’s a pretty quiet station but a convenient link back into Liverpool from the surrounding area. Quicker and cheaper than taking a rental scooter
