Their drivers being very abusive, shouting and trying to cut me, making 'w****r' sign isn't very professional in a sign written company vehicle. I was indicating, with plenty of notice and he deliberately wouldn't let me into the lane and was laughing and swerving towards be in 7.5tonne lorry. K22EPS @ 7.30 on 4/1/23 on the A127 London bound carriageway

Best boss in town, grounded people, funny to see them run for the food van, like kids running for the ice - cream van. Seriously nice people. Never had a problem, high quality products, never faced any issues with there material. Good price for the right quality. Can't complain, keep going back to them...

We are a relatively young company and our packaging requirements for our products are increasing and my knowledge is not great. After ringing a few companies off google with no real help or answers to my requirements. I came across Essex packaging, even though my order was small, Scott was very helpful and within a couple of minutes my questions were answered and my order was placed. I came off the phone thinking I wish everything was as easy as that.

Absolutely atrocious service!!! Purchased off eBay and not delivered to our business address, no POD supplied. No refund issued. No product and out of pocket!! No customer service, rip off merchants!!
