It’s a shame the last reviewer Kieran Crawford failed to mention that he had been using or transporting weed in our courtesy car and we told him that wasn’t acceptable to then give the courtesy car to the next customer without a full valet. He also failed to mention this to the police when he called them to complain that we wouldn’t release his car until the valet had been paid for . Please respect other people property especially when it’s given to you free of charge!

Avoid at all costs, still repairing things that they missed 6 months on. Have spent several £100’s putting the car right. Don’t want to take ownership and blame on the customer.

Excellent service, and friendly staff. Took my car in Wednesday and received it back on the Friday . Wow super quick for my damaged front wing. Thanks guys, will definitely use you again (well not too soon hopefully).

My car has not yet been fixed as they have only just received it but the service we have received after the nightmare month our RAC/AXA insurance have caused us, has been incredible. Ours is a very long story including tennis ball sized hailstones in Italy, car retrieval in Switzerland, useless insurance care, but Parkers have been on the ball from the start and even given us a courtesy car. Lovely and friendly staff. I have no doubt they will do a great job of fixing the car for us too. Thank you!

Awful service. They attempted to hold my car from me to scam me for additional money. I had to go back after work hours and basically steal my car back. I needed more work doing but I'd much rather shop around. This place is terrible and if I could give less than 1 star I would, appalling.

Insurance company offered me 3 repair companies following a bump and I selected Parker’s as the closest to home. The repair took a good 6 weeks, I was fortunate to have courtesy car cover on my policy. I was told parts were a major delay factor on all cars but also told they had over 70 cars in for repair, so believe they had too much work on too.On the face of it my car was as good as new, nicely valeted upon collection.A few days in realised I had an annoying rattle and couldn’t quite work out which bit was loose. I called Parker’s and advised to just pop in after Easter holiday and they’d sort it , so that’s what I did. 20 minutes or so later, all fixed great. Then last night, I went out for the first time in an evening. Upon leaving the country pub, was about to go along dark country lanes and had no lights. I had to call out AA at 9.45 pm and at quarter past midnight, they arrived, turns out some muppet at Parkers had not connected up my lights!! Needless to say, I was not impressed arriving home at 1am.

Can't fault,after non fault accident hubby has had no contact from insurance people,if it was for person who collected hubby's car we wouldn't have known where car was going or even if it was going to be repaired or written off,luckily car was repairable,parkers kept hubby informed about car unlike insurance people,parkers even delivered his pride and joy back to our home,they did brilliant work.thank you from both of us.

From sad to super, Parkers was recommended and paid for via my insurance after an accident. Throughout the absolute mess that was insurance decisions, Parkers staff were friendly and patient. Extra thanks to your lovely receptionist who made me feel a lot more at ease about the situation when dealing directly with you. I'm grateful for your great work and that you cleaned my gross car inside and out.
