When you need HR services, you expect a company to operate ethically and morally. Unfortunately, this is not the case with this company. For a big fat fee they will manipulate any situation for you, totally disregarding moral standards or decency. I would not want to be associated with this company's moral compass . Beware!!!!!

As a small business owner becoming an employer for the first time, Practical HR provided me with access to all the contracts and documentation that I would need, along with the many rules and regulations. Knowing that I have them at my back if I do get into difficulty or have an issue that is non-standard takes a huge weight off my mind.

We (Crown Vocational Training) have been using Practical HR for some years now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We signed up for YourHR Space which integrates perfectly with our own policies and procedures and takes the worry out of keeping our HR policy up to date. There is always someone available to talk through any issues and their help has been invaluable with the current furlough scheme in ensuring we are following correct procedures. 5* service all round.

Very poor service. Atrocious communication with client.Under no circumstances use this company. At best the service was adequate, at worst appalling. We were given very poor advice and not kept up to date with proceedings. We were advised not to attend the disciplinary hearing. When there were problems our consultant left part way through without telling us or her employer. Some consultants did not know what they was doing and had a very poor understanding of the dynamics of disciplinary proceedings. They were badly under prepared and easily outplayed at all stages.
