Gladiator PC

Fantastic service, pc arrived quickly and extremely well built, customer service was great when upgrading to the faster build time and kept me well informed as to when I'd receive my pc. Once received it was literally plug and play, easy set up and I was gaming that night, they included boxes for some of the components and enough spare wires to last a lifetime! can't recommend them enough

After being sold a gaming pc from a well know high street retailer which ill name no names but rhymes with smurrys, and paying £1300 to not get anywhere near the fps I was promised I returned it and decided to go for one custom built to my spec from gladiator,The process its self was very straight forward with the way you select the components you require and its built to a very high standard, I did have a slight issue with delivery which was down to a few issues but they went out of their was to make sure I received my pc withing the time scale we set out, i would highly recommend this company to anyone serious about wanting the best gaming pc's.many thanks and ill will be back again in future.

Nothing short of magnificent! Bought a PC at the beginning of September from another retailer and in the space of the 3 weeks had to send the PC back twice as the first was DOA and the second stopped sending video signals from the GPU and motherboard. Decided to get one from Gladiator after a friend recommended them and this is the only company I will use from now on.I bought a Hyperstrike from their Hero series with a few upgrades but after putting my order through found out the CPU I wanted wouldn't be in stock until October so asked if I could have the original CPU and put the money towards a 1 day build, they happily obliged with no questions asked and got some money back.I was kept informed of every step of the build by email which was great.The customer service team is fantastic (Thank you Macaulay! Give this man a raise!). Always helpful and knowledgeable.My spare cooler was forgotten in the initial delivery but one was sent out the same day after speaking to them.Thank you to the whole Gladiator Team!

Just a quick one, my new pc from gladiator was delivered yesterday, I left work at 5pm and immediately begun setting it up. It only took 10 mins to update and had my first games downloaded!!I want to say I'm proud of my new setup and its blowing my mind every second I use it. Thank you gladiator. But thanks to Neil and Adam for the recent updated along the way!.I would definitely recommend 100%

I had to return my PC to have it checked out and it was repaired and given back to me in less than a week.The sales & customer service team were extremely understanding and accommodating.Appreciate their service!

Rated 3 out of 5 starsUpdated 20 Mar 2022Great untill you have a problem !bought this pc in 2021 totaling over 1758.02i asked if i could put my own ssd they said yes i asked them to add cables so i could add my own ssd to wtch they said fineall working great unti i got random bluescreen on boot this is related to windows update"ssd is fine to i know this because i had it on a older pci hey agreed that it had to go back so i said ok finepc is now back with me turns put this either bad ram bad cpu orwhich was told to remove my ssd because they said it was thatNow cpu is faulty (rounding eorror)then the ram was faultyCpu changed ram changedinfact update bios and test againI cant count how many test this pc has been stress tested by themso given that they blamed a faulty ssd the same ssd is working fineso to change out ram and cputurns out they claimed that it was an manually update chipset driverthey will not keep you updated untill you ring them every weekwhich is not a problem but can be stressfullmy tip is buy one only if you cant build yourselfif you are expecting any fault or problem to be resolved in a 2 week period then this is not for you!Now sending pc back again random restarts sent back 17th November 2022Now claiming that I broke the pci slot which and as of the 28th November 2022 and ram slot when I upgraded the ram why continue to test a machine you. Claim I broke???claim i broke yet the where were stuck to the instapack on the reverse and the pc was upside down in the boxPlease do your homework"

My son had a bit of an issue with his pc and wasn't something I have a clue about. After a few emails they asked me to bring it in and it turned out to be a windows issue from my son modding games. Jonathan who dealt with process was such a great lad. He had it sorted in no time and I have to say he's a credit to the company. Thanks so much and it was a pleasure to meet him.

Price seemed good and competitive but the build quality was poor. Countless issues since my purchase with sarcastic or no response when I have contacted them since.In response to reply: temperatures were above 60. A reply with screenshot was sent with no response. Additional issues since are sound related issues and headphones not able to play through the PC. After no reply I assumed any further contact would prove fruitless again.If you are able to respond and resolve or fix the issues I have, I will amend my review, but until then it will stay here.

Amazing service received. The sales agent helped me optimise my ideal build and even took the time to send me a custom quote for a better system. You get updated every step of the way and everything comes ready and tested. Would definitely recommend to others and thank you to Jamie for the all the help.
