The boys at the unit are sound as you like. They do a really good job of windscreen replacement, quick turn around and full diagnostics.The booking process and getting an appointment in a reasonable timeframe is centrally managed, and is a royal pain in the arse, but I can't fault the job the guys on the ground did.

Our rear window had been smashed through vandalism. We contacted Autoglass through our insurance policy and had the replacement fitted the same day at the Cribbs Causeway centre. It only took 2 hours and although there is no waiting area on the premises, there is plenty to do nearby. We are very happy with the new window and with the service we received.

Unprofessional service, lack of communication, poor customer service and very bad management of complaints.I have contacted Autoglass for a window glass and seal repairs, have been waiting for 2 months with 5 failed appointments. Every time I called them they provided me with inaccurate information and mislead me, no clear communication between call handlers and they left me with anxiety issues to deal with.Autoglass kept referring to my insurance, who called them on many occasions to confirm the job and instructions, but Autoglass kept failing the repair for silly mistakes on their behalf like, wrong glass, wrong colour, wrong side.... Etc.So disappointed with Autoglass, and will not recommend at all as they are very unprofessional.

Arranged online time to suit you even weekends - easy claim through insurance just enter reg and they do the rest.Helpful, nice and friendly chaps. Job done nice and quick. Looks great. Hopefully not but if needed I’d definitely go again! Thanks

Came here in a bit of panic this morning with my front glass being completely smashed in by someone the previous night , this being the only auto glass able to service me. The guys were great, friendly and very supportive. Would highly recommend these guys and thank you so much for everything you guys did today. You were blooming great

Really Poor Service. Took Payment and then told couldn't offer fitting date. As work vehicle we needed to know so could book work around. Told would receive call that day which didn't happen. Tried calling several times and phone cut off each time after wading through options and on hold. Service As bad as it gets.

Main office was a nightmare to deal with - lost request for windscreen and no updates. However, the fitting service at the Bristol location was excellent. Good staff and quality work - well, it has not fallen out yet :)
