Would NOT recommend to anyone, service is horrible, the barbers smirk and talk about you, they are extremely rough with the shavers, actually cut my head slightly by a tiny bit, disgusting, rancid smell in the store, it smells like Oysters, they have a coffee machine but does not work, would put -1 stars If I could.

I went there for years. But eventually I got something on my scalp....is eachen me like crazy and a lot of dandruff. I never had dandruff in my life. Im on treatment now for few months but can't get rid of it. I need to wash my hair every second day with verry expensive treatment. They do not sterilising there tools. My GP told me I contracted a fungus. The treatment doesn't work so now I need to do somme tests on some laboratory.Basically drives me nuts.Be careful.

There are one or two good barbers in there, the guy next to the window with spots on his face is too rough and tries be fast, seems have attitude problem, and doesn't listen does his own thing, im sure owner knows but not doing anything to improve on service

I was on a haircut today. First time. A friend recommended this place to me. I am satisfied! The end result is wonderful. I Will definitely come back here :) Thank you for great haircut ! :)

Had a hair cut and beard trim and shape, normally should be approx £15.00, these charges £25.00 and was not the best there is in stoke.

Worst experience ever...The guy would not listen to the haircut I wanted but went about his own stuff ...He was very rude and sounded threatening..Very unhygienic and the trimmers hurt, lat of all rip off of 24 pounds for haircut and beard trim...Hate this place and wish to sue them....

Excellent experience. Great head shave and beard trim / shape. Cheaper than I've paid in the past at other places for a worse service. Will 100% become a regular.
