The old workings of a vast bygone factory is reborn a new modern housing estate consisting of both houses & flats.A pleasant area to take a stroll through past the old mill pond & a small wooded area.

I sometime walk there with my dogs, down to the Hythe as it's more pleasant than going by road, and there is quite a bit of wildlife in and around the pond to see

A 'secret' residencial area off main road. There's always ducks and swans around the pond. The road has loads of huge pot holes so not suitable for small cars.
