Flew in last week. very well looked after and interesting airfield. Being the home of the LAA there is quite the collection of unique aircraft along with a number of aircraft waiting for maintenance. the café is very good from what I have been told. unfortunately I arrived late so unfortunately was not able to enjoy it. very reasonable landing fee. if you have not visited i would highly recommend it. The airfield is in very close proximity to Silverstone so that is a very easy VRP to aim for.

Fantastic all round! Family and dog friendly, great food, very clean and not pretentious at all. Huge plates of sausage egg and chips or burgers and a great view of the planes from floor to ceiling windows. Special shout out for the high quality coffee sold here too. Highly recommended!

Excellent airfield, really friendly staff and a super smooth runway and grads taxi way. Visited today for the first time. Really enjoyed the all day breakfast in the flight deck cafe, whilst watching the ducks in the pond and visiting aircraft very much feels like GA and nature in harmony. Thanks for the service guys I’ll be back :)

Fantastic airfield, and a great place to visit for lunch (by air or by road). Staff all really friendly and helpful. Lovely cafe with good menu and a nice view overlooking the pond, apron and runway. Nice modern buildings, and good facilities. Definitely one of the best airfields I've been to. I look forward to visiting again soon!
