Velden Engineering (UK) Ltd traditionally employed a full-time in-house Quality Manager but seeing Paul Holt’s work in practice through a customer gave us the confidence to change our strategy and outsource this function when a vacancy came up a couple of years ago. We have never regretted this move as PCH both on and off-site provides a fast-responsive service for internal processes and external customer requests.Our Business Management System has been completely overhauled as one of the first tasks PCH Quality Systems Solutions undertook was to facilitate our transition to that latest ISO 9001 standard. Reports, documents and work instructions have been standardised giving a much more corporate and consistent approach to the system for all to follow. We have plans to achieve accreditation in other standards and PCH's expertise will be a key part of this journey.Internal audits are up to date and driving continuous improvement.
