I have had an amazing experience with Chelmer Florist. I spoke to a lovely lady who was very happy to help. It was 11am on mothers day (Sunday) and they managed to sort me out a beautiful bouquet - same day delivery in a different town for a very reasonable delivery fee and I ended up with a very happy mum! They pulled out all the stops to keep me in the loop as i was ordering from a different county - prior to delivery they promptly sent me pictures of the bouquet and my receipt. The whole process was tailored and personal - right up to drawing pictures on the message card upon my request. I honestly cannot recommend them enough and will be seeing them for all my colourful, flowery needs! :)

The flowers for my dad’s funeral really exceeded all expectations and were beyond perfect. Julia really listened to what we wanted (a couple of personal touches I wanted to add). In the aspects where we didn’t know/mind what she did, she had great taste/judgment and chose amazingly well.

Sent an email and the lovely lady got back to me fast. We managed to work out what would be the most suitable with her help and she did everything amazingly. She even sent them within a few hours and I was told by the recipient that they were really beautiful. If I ever need flowers again, I know where to go. My wife's birthday flowers were lovely, very fresh and nicely arranged and delivered right on time. Lovely staff, a very good experience, will definitely be using them again and will be spreading the word to our friends.

We were recommended to Chelmer Florist for the floral tributes for my good lady's recent funeral. Met with Julia to discuss requirements and saw a funeral spray in the shop that she was actually working on, which looked great. We ordered alot and everything was as we expected and looked amazing. The actual spray on top of the coffin was returned to her and she made 2 amazing bouquets from it which went to my good lady's 2 daughters - a good way to maximise the value from the cost in my opinion! Funeral flowers are expensive, Chelmer Florist provided fair value - in addition to their great service and amazing flowers! Thank you to Julia and her team x

I have ordered from Chelmer Florist for many years, the bouquets are beautiful and the service is fantastic. I recently ordered a hanging basket arrangement and Westham football for a relatives funeral and both of them were simply stunning and a wonderful tribute. Would definitely recommend them.
